THE TRUTH: Rep. Thomas Massie has consistently voted to support President Trump’s effort to secure election integrity. Rep. Massie voted YES on the SAVE Act (voted YES on H.R.22 on April 10, 2026), and voted YES on the updated version of the SAVE Act, the SAVE America Act (voted YES on S.1383 on February 11, 2026). Rep. Massie has also supported efforts to include the SAVE America Act as amendments to “must-pass” legislation - though these efforts have been blocked by Speaker Mike Johnson and the House Rules Committee.

THE TRUTH: Rep. Thomas Massie has consistently voted to fund the Department of Homeland Security under President Donald Trump’s second term. Rep. Massie voted YES on the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act (voted YES on H.R.7744 on March 5, 2026) and voted YES on the Pay Our Homeland Defenders Act (voted YES on H.R.8029 on March 26, 2026). Rep. Massie’s NO vote on the Homeland Security and Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act (voted NO on H.R.7147 on January 22, 2026) was misconstrued by biased media to paint Rep. Massie as anti-DHS. In reality, Rep. Massie voted NO on H.R.7147 because House leadership conjoined passage of H.R.7147 to passage to the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026 - which directed billions in U.S. tax dollars to foreign countries, continued to fund the medicaid and daycare fraud in Minnesota and other liberal states, and countless NGOs and CIA-propaganda fronts (like the National Endowment for Democracy). In other words - Washington D.C. did not believe you deserved domestic security unless we gave billions to foreign countries and illegals domestically. When a second standalone vote on the DHS Bill was brought before the House, Rep. Thomas Massie voted YES (voted YES on H.Res.1142 on March 27, 2026).

CLAIM: Rep. Thomas Massie opposed President Trump’s tax cuts in the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB).

THE TRUTH: Rep. Thomas Massie, often denoted as Congress’ ‘libertarian’ does not oppose tax cuts. In fact, the notorious “No Tax on Tips” provision of the OBBB was originally a Rep. Ron Paul / Rep. Thomas Massie provision. Originally titled the Tax Free Tips Act, the bill was first introduced by Rep. Ron Paul in 2011, and most recently by Rep. Thomas Massie in 2024. Rep. Thomas Massie opposed final passage of the OBBB mainly due to it increasing the national debt by, at minimum, four-trillion-dollars. The OBBB (H.R.1), comprising 1,118 pages of legislation and spending, included countless policies - Rep. Thomas Massie firmly believes Congress must vote on policy items one-provision-at-a-time. Following tampering by the Senate Parliamentarian, final passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill included taxpayer funds for transgender surgeries and abortions, which Rep. Thomas Massie opposes.

THE TRUTH: Rep. Thomas Massie has achieved countless victories for Kentuckians and our nation since entering Congress. Some of Rep. Massie’s first language signed into law legitimized industrial hemp research and enabled commercial-scale hemp production that has flourished into a three-hundred-thirty-million-dollar industry in Kentucky, and a twenty-eight- billion-dollar industry nationwide - supporting thousands of farmers in the Commonwealth. Most recently, Rep. Thomas Massie established into law a pilot program for his PRIME Act, that will now allow cattle farmers to sell their meat direct-to-consumer, cutting down on costly USDA regulations that burden our farmers. Rep. Massie also famously authored and led the charge on the Epstein Files Transparency Act, to expose an international pedophile sex- trafficking ring. This effort has unveiled deep-seeded corruption at the U.S. Department of Justice, spanning five-Presidential administrations, as well as the criminal activities of numerous men, including Les Wexner, Jes Staley, Leon Black, Prince Andrew, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Peter Mandelson, Thorbjorn Jagland, Jack Lang, and many others. That being said, many of Rep. Thomas Massie’s victories for Americans are in the form of stopping bad legislation. For example, last month, Rep. Thomas Massie killed the Protect American AI Act of 2026 in the House Judiciary Committee, which would have provided liability immunities to datacenter manufacturers. Also, Rep. Thomas Massie, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), and Rep. Chellie Pingree (D-ME) recently killed an effort to grant liability immunities to carcinogenic pesticides like glyphosate. Rep. Massie continues to fight to Make America Healthy Again.
